Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Workday HCM Team Lead in the Philippines to guide a small team of Workday developers. You will drive technical leadership, ensure delivery outcomes, and collaborate with product and business stakeholders to optimize Workday HCM services.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in leadership roles within Workday, deep HCM module experience, and strong stakeholder management. This role offers growth in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years' experience in a Team Lead, Technical Lead, or People Leadership role supporting Workday solutions
Experience leading Workday application specialists
Strong hands-on expertise in Workday HCM modules: Core HCM, Absence, Talent and Performance, Learning, Recruiting, etc.
Experience with external integrations to Workday is an advantage.
Solid understanding of Agile delivery, software development practices, and IT service management.
Strong stakeholder management, people leadership, and coaching skills.
Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team
Provide technical leadership across solution design, development standards, and problem resolution
Ensure quality, reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of Workday HCM services
Manage team capability, succession planning, and performance development
Partner with stakeholders to align resources, priorities, and delivery expectations
Drive strong team engagement, service excellence, and operational performance
