As a Workday Financial Consultant (Associate) at Kainos you will support the implementation and configuration of enterprise‑scale Workday Financial Management software solutions for our global customers, focusing on general accounting, procurement and receivables.

You will collaborate with team members to understand client requirements, build solutions that meet those needs, and when necessary, escalated issues and seek support from senior consultants.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, configuration and implementation of Workday financial components for global clients.
• Collaborate with teammates to gather and refine client requirements.
• Deliver solutions that are aligned with customer needs.
• Escalate issues appropriately and seek guidance from more experienced team members.
• Maintain high quality, accuracy and confidentiality throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Workday Financials Certification.
• Good customer focus and experience in a customer‑facing environment.
• Strong communication skills, credible with customers and colleagues, including in remote settings.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently within remote teams and meet deadlines.
• Apply all relevant standards and procedures to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Awareness of confidentiality, non‑disclosure policies and information security.
• Based in the Manila region and willing to travel to customers on site and collaborate with colleagues from other offices.

Nice to Have

• Experience with other financial management software in an operational or consulting capacity.
