Cognizant in Manila is seeking a Consultant to bridge business and technical teams on Workday projects. You will guide clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases, configuring the system to meet requirements.

The role emphasizes mentoring, strong analytical and presentation skills, and collaboration with client teams. Experience with ERP Financials like Oracle/SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred.
• Workday Financial Certification is an advantage (Budget, R2R, P2P).
• Proficiency in GL, budgeting, cash management, and procure-to-pay.
• Experience with ERP Financials/Procurement (Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft) is a plus.
• Strong consulting and presentation skills; client-expectation management.
• Strong analytical mindset and reporting/analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day Workday Financials project support across client contracts.
• Become a Workday Financials expert with core functionality knowledge.
• Lead an account and coordinate with Client teams to deliver on time and on budget.
• Provide SME on Workday best practices.
• Conduct sessions to analyze business requirements and propose solutions.
• Manage account communications with key client users.
• Coordinate meetings, requests, priorities and SLAs.
• Mentor other consultants and share product knowledge.
