Job summary

Rolling Arrays in the Philippines seeks an HRIS professional to independently deliver HRIS module configurations, manage client interactions, and contribute to project delivery while growing functional expertise.

You will lead requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT, conduct demos and trainings, and provide post-go-live support, ensuring client satisfaction and system effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 2-4 years of HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
• Certifications: Workday Core HCM Certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs.
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements; support data migration.
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review.
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training and prepare BRDs, training materials and project docs.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve issues within SLAs and implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.

Role Summary

Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback
