Job summary

2GO Group in the Philippines seeks a WMS Operator to ensure the accuracy and reliability of warehouse operations. You will monitor daily warehouse transactions related to picking and order confirmation, ensuring all activities in the Warehouse Management System are complete and properly accounted for.

Your attention to detail will support inventory accuracy, enable timely order fulfillment, and provide visibility for informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year business course, preferably Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or IT related.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process all orders for picking and invoicing within the day for next day delivery.
• Provide instruction to Warehouse Team on priority delivery orders that need to be picked.
• Coordinate with CSD, Transport and Warehouse Team on orders with special instruction.
• Check with Warehouse Team the status of picking and replenishment of stocks.
• Coordinate with IT regarding system downtime, issues, and problems.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly KPI reports.
