Job summary

AWC PHILIPPINES INC is looking for a Marketing Associate to drive brand communications, digital content, and event execution across our HoReCa, off-trade, and retail operations in Metro Manila.

You will support the full marketing function, develop materials, manage social media, coordinate with printers and agencies, and help plan wine-related consumer events while maintaining brand consistency and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, brand communications, or related field.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva; Adobe tools a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Comfortable working occasional evenings and weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Support the full marketing function — from collateral and content to events and trade marketing.
• Develop marketing materials: catalogues, tasting notes, sell sheets, social and digital content.
• Coordinate with printers, suppliers, and creative agencies on collateral production.
• Support social media management across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Assist in scheduling digital content and tracking engagement performance.
• Help plan and execute events — wine tastings and other consumer activations.
• Coordinate logistics for trade events, wine fairs, and client presentations.
• Support trade marketing materials and in-store promotions.
• Serve as the primary interdepartmental liaison for all event communications.
• Own the event budget lifecycle through detailed pre and post-event PNL reporting.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Maintain records of marketing activities, vendor contracts, and timelines.
• Prepare regular marketing reports.
