Job summary

AWC Philippines Inc., a wine importer, distributor and retailer, is seeking a Marketing Intern to learn how brand communications, digital content, and events come together in the wine and spirits trade.

You will assist the marketing team across collateral, content, events, and trade marketing; prepare catalogues, tasting notes, sell sheets, and social content; support social media posting and event on-site activity.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva; Adobe tools a plus).

Responsibilities

• Assist the marketing team across collateral, content, events, and trade marketing.
• Help prepare marketing materials: catalogues, tasting notes, sell sheets, and social and digital content.
• Support social media posting on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms, and help track engagement.
• Assist with event preparation and on-site support for wine tastings, consumer activations, trade events, and wine fairs.
• Help coordinate with suppliers, printers, and creative agencies on collateral production.
• Support the preparation of trade marketing materials and in-store promotions.
