Job summary

Vena Group seeks a seasoned Owner’s Representative to oversee electrical and control systems across a large wind farm construction project. You will ensure compliance with engineering drawings, project specs, and international/local standards, while supervising quality, safety, testing, and handover activities.

You will coordinate with contractors, grid operators, and technical teams, review ITPs, and manage NCRs.

Qualifications

BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering.
5+ years of relevant construction engineering experience in power production.
Experience from wind power plants preferred.
Good knowledge of Philippine Grid Code, PEC and international electrical standards.
Experience working with Utilities and Transmission companies.
Comprehensive contract and QA management experience.

Responsibilities

Act as Owner’s representative to oversee electrical installation and control system quality per drawings, specs, and codes.
Enforce quality control and assurance while upholding safety.
Review Project Quality Plan to meet project quality needs.
Review inspection reports and quality control records.
Assess contractor quality and competence in execution.
Lead improvement initiatives and corrective action plans.
Coordinate handover documentation and test packages for commissioning.
Monitor schedule progress and ensure timely, compliant delivery of electrical scope.
Assist in contract management plans and grid interface activities.
