Job summary

Vena Group seeks an Electrical Engineer for a site-based role overseeing BOP construction activities on a utility-scale wind farm project in Rizal/Quezon Province. You will supervise cabling, substations and transmission line works, coordinating with contractors, utilities, and grid operators to meet specifications and timelines.

Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical Engineer.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction engineering experience in power generation projects.
• Prior experience in wind power projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine Grid Code, Philippine Electrical Code (PEC), and international electrical standards.
• Experience working with utilities and transmission companies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise BOP construction activities including cabling, substations, and transmission line works.
• Coordinate with contractors, utilities and grid operators to ensure alignment with project specs and timelines.
• Manage site-based Quality Controller and Electrical Engineer teams.
• Support contract management plans and oversee QA/QC records for delivered work.
• Provide daily progress reports and ensure timely sign-off of completed works.
