Job summary

Vena Energy (Philippines) is seeking an entry- to mid-level wind development analyst to support technical workstreams, data analysis, and site feasibility. You will interact with business development and external stakeholders, plan wind measurement campaigns, and forecast energy yields for multiple projects.

The role involves data processing, model reviews, field visits, and coordinating with land, permitting, and technical teams to optimize turbine layouts and reduce LCOE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience in wind energy or related internship/entry roles.
• Proficient data analysis; GIS and remote sensing skills.
• Ability to process wind and production data and perform quality checks.
• Knowledge of wind flow modelling tools and basic CFD/NWP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor wind measurement campaigns and systems ensuring IEC compliance.
• Perform wind flow modelling and review model outputs.
• Assess energy production for layouts and turbine configurations.
• Support site assessments, data processing, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Review technical docs and assist due diligence and design activities.
