HelproGroupofCompanies is seeking a hands-on Network Technician to install, configure, and maintain WiFi and internet connectivity equipment. You will troubleshoot connectivity issues, conduct site inspections, and assess network requirements to ensure reliable service for customers.

The role requires willingness to work on-site across various locations, good communication skills, and basic networking knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of basic networking and troubleshooting is required.
• Experience in WiFi, internet, telecommunications, or network installation is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site and in different locations.
• Willing to perform fieldwork.
• Good communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Driver's license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install routers, access points, cables, and other network devices.
• Test signal strength and ensure stable internet connection.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair of network and connectivity issues.
