Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in data entry or administrative role, preferably in a contact center
• Strong computer and software skills, quick learner of new systems/applications
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with teams at all levels
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs

Responsibilities

• Manage the workforce management software, including user accounts, schedules, and forecasts
• Accurately enter and maintain data in the workforce management system
• Generate reports and analyze workforce data to identify opportunities for optimization
• Communicate with team leaders and managers to understand operational needs and requirements
• Provide training and support to agents on the use of workforce management tools and processes
