MicroSourcing, located in Ortigas, Pasig City, is seeking a WFM Analyst – Healthcare to support Firstcall HEALTH operations. The role combines customer service, administration, and day-to-day activities, with hybrid work and training leading to independent work after onboarding.

The position emphasizes service quality, staff engagement, and responsiveness to industry trends, offering a collaborative environment and room for career growth within a growing healthcare support function.

Mansioni

• Manage incoming phone calls, including client booking/shift requests and inquiries from staff or clients.
• Maintain accurate records within the database according to training.
• Monitor, action, and respond to client emails and booking notifications.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to confirm staffing requirements and retention.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
• Complete all tasks listed in daily and weekly task lists.
