BruntWork is seeking a Creative Social Media and Video Content Specialist (Culinary) to manage short-form video production and social media marketing for our growing culinary education brand. This remote role involves editing raw cooking class footage into engaging social videos, planning monthly content calendars, and maintaining visual consistency across platforms.

You will work independently, with daily check-ins to drive audience growth, customer engagement, and brand recognition.

Qualificações

• Proven portfolio of short-form video editing, ideally with food or lifestyle content.
• Strong eye for visual consistency and brand alignment.
• Experience in social media scheduling and content planning.
• Strong written communication skills for customer-facing messages.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• At least one hour of daily overlap with Eastern Time business hours.

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative Social Media and Video Content Specialist (Culinary) to manage short-form video production and social media marketing for a growing culinary education brand. In this remote role, you will edit raw cooking class footage into engaging social videos, plan monthly content calendars, and maintain visual consistency across all platforms. You will work independently while conducting daily check-ins to drive audience growth, customer engagement, and brand recognition.

Schedule

• Mon - Fri, flexible with at least 4 hrs overlap with EST (35 hrs per week)

Responsibilities

• Edit raw cooking class footage into polished, branded 30-second social media videos that highlight the best moments

• Plan and schedule social media content in advance to maintain a steady posting rhythm

• Maintain a consistent visual identity across videos, graphics and posts to strengthen brand recognition

• Repurpose content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Google My Business to widen reach

• Support outreach for podcast, TV and print magazine features to raise the brand's public profile

Must-Have Requirements
