Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote employee health, wellness, and workplace safety in collaboration with HR.
• Coordinate annual physicals, pre-employment exams, vaccinations, and health initiatives.
• Maintain confidential medical records and ensure data privacy compliance.
• Provide first aid, basic medical assistance, and health counseling as needed.
• Prepare health-related reports for DOLE and other regulators.
• Support office operations and various HR administrative duties.
