Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Welding Process Engineer to oversee process development and enhance quality in production operations based in Santo Tomas, Batangas. You will be responsible for implementing welding processes, conducting root cause analyses, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of relevant experience, particularly with GTAW welding. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive improvements in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Welding or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of GTAW; familiarity with brazing and laser welding is a plus.
