Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Materials, Welding Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in Welding or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Proficient in GTAW (TIG) welding; experience in brazing, laser, or electron beam welding is a plus.
• Knowledge of welding metallurgy and stainless steel joining.
• Experience in manufacturing or precision engineering environments preferred.
• Familiarity with process validation, root-cause analysis, FMEA, and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; proficient with MS Office and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain welding procedures, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Conduct process validation, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions for welding issues.

• Evaluate welding parameters and recommend process enhancements to improve yield and reduce defects.

• Analyze manufacturing data and generate reports on process performance and quality metrics.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies and problem-solving approaches.

• Knowledge of welding metallurgy, stainless steel materials, and joining technologies.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or precision engineering environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with process validation, root‑cause analysis, FMEA, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
