Job summary

HDN Tech. & Resources, Inc. is seeking a skilled welder to join the team in Cavite. The role focuses on TIG welding of stainless steel and aluminum, reading engineering drawings, and fabricating components to spec. You will measure, cut, grind and prepare materials, then weld and assemble metal structures.

Applicants will inspect weld quality, operate welding equipment safely, and perform repairs as needed. The position requires adherence to safety procedures and clean, organized work habits.

Qualifications

• Experience performing TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, blueprints and fabrication plans.
• Capable of fabricating, fitting, assembling and welding metal parts.
• Skilled at measuring, cutting, grinding and material preparation.
• Experience inspecting welds for quality and safety compliance.
• Knowledge of safe operation of welding and fabrication equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum and other metals.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication plans.
• Fabricate, fit, assemble and weld metal parts and structures.
• Measure, cut, grind and prepare materials for welding.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and safety standards.
