A welder is responsible for joining metal parts using various welding techniques. Their duties typically include:

Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications and project requirements.
• Preparing materials by cutting, grinding, and cleaning surfaces before welding.
• Operating welding equipment such as arc welders, MIG welders, and TIG welders to bond metal parts.
• Ensuring proper alignment and fit of components to meet quality standards.
