Job summary

HelproGroupofCompanies in Metro Manila seeks a qualified Occupational Health Nurse to provide first aid and health assessments on site. You will maintain confidential medical records and support workplace health and safety programs, coordinating with clinics and healthcare providers as needed.

The ideal candidate holds a BS Nursing with PRC license, preferably BOSH/OSH trained, and demonstrates strong communication, organization and compassionate care. Weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• RN with PRC license is required.
• BOSH/OSH training is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, responsible and compassionate demeanor.
• Weekend schedule on site is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic medical assistance to employees
• Conduct health assessments and monitor employees' health conditions
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
• Assist in implementing workplace health and safety programs
• Coordinate with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers when necessary
• Monitor and manage medicine and medical supplies
• Respond to workplace emergencies and accidents
• Perform other health-related duties as assigned
