Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions is hiring Trading Operations Analysts to cover a new 48-hour weekend session, joining the Bruce Markets platform in the Philippines. You will monitor client activity, support subscribers, and ensure smooth operations across overnight sessions.

The role requires 3+ years in electronic trading, knowledge of FIX protocol, and a Series 7 license (or plan to obtain SIE and Series 7 within 45 days). Weekend hours are required with a hybrid schedule in Manila.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electronic trading or trade support experience.
• Knowledge of market microstructure, order routing, execution and FIX protocol.
• Series 7 license or ability to obtain the SIE and Series 7 within 45 days.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Accept handoff at shift start and update Slack with current session activity.
• Provide trade support and monitor trading systems during the session.
• Perform system startup health checks for smooth operations.
• Assist subscribers with questions and issues in a timely manner.
• Flag outliers and share session trends with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Nasdaq Level 1 support as needed.
• Complete end-of-session activities including system reviews and trade reconciliation.
• Learn start-of-day functions and handoffs and escalate when unsure.
• Maintain knowledge of trading systems, order routing, execution and FIX protocol.
• Uphold regulatory and operational standards, including Series 7 license responsibilities.
