Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, statistics, mathematics, or business management.
• 3+ years in data analytics, BI, or operations analytics with business insight.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with dashboards and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze website production and deployment data to identify trends and bottlenecks.
• Forecast upcoming launches and assess team capacity and workload.
• Develop dashboards and recurring reports for operational teams and leadership.
• Standardize KPI definitions and automate recurring reporting processes.
• Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for process improvements.
