Job summary

Tavor Perry is seeking a meticulous GoHighLevel Website Specialist to manage our WordPress site, build funnels, and organize course content inside GoHighLevel. You’ll handle backups, security checks, landing pages, and course modules while coordinating with the team.

The ideal candidate is technically sharp, proactive, and comfortable working across both website and CRM systems, with strong communication and the ability to work independently to keep our platform running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Proven WordPress maintenance experience including backups and updates.
• Hands-on experience building landing pages and funnels in GoHighLevel.
• Understanding of basic website security monitoring and vulnerability checks.
• Ability to upload and structure course content within a CRM/funnel platform.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills.

Job Summary:

We're excited to be hiring a detail-oriented GoHighLevel Website Specialist to manage our WordPress website and build out our GoHighLevel funnels and course platform. This role covers everything from routine site maintenance and security checks to building landing pages and organizing course content inside GoHighLevel. The ideal candidate is technically sharp, proactive, and comfortable working across both website and CRM/funnel systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the WordPress website, including scheduling backups and running routine quality checks

• Monitor site security and perform basic vulnerability checks

• Troubleshoot and resolve routine WordPress errors, plugin issues, and theme updates

• Add and publish new blog posts, videos, and other content updates to the website

• Build and manage landing pages within GoHighLevel to support online course offerings

• Upload and organize recorded course modules into the GoHighLevel platform

• Set up and maintain GoHighLevel automations and workflows connected to the website and course funnels

• Provide general backend technical support to keep systems running smoothly

• Coordinate on upcoming website changes and course launches

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with WordPress maintenance, including backups, plugin/theme updates, and troubleshooting

• Hands-on experience building landing pages and funnels in GoHighLevel

• Understanding of basic website security monitoring and vulnerability checks
