Job summary

VA Masters is seeking a detail-oriented GoHighLevel Website Specialist to manage our WordPress site and build GoHighLevel funnels and a course platform. The role covers routine maintenance, security checks, landing page creation, and organizing course content inside GoHighLevel.

Qualifications

Proven experience with WordPress maintenance, backups, plugin/theme updates.
Hands-on experience building landing pages and funnels in GoHighLevel.
Understanding of basic website security monitoring and vulnerability checks.
Ability to upload and structure course content within a CRM/funnel platform.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update the WordPress website, including backups and quality checks.
Monitor site security and perform basic vulnerability checks.
Troubleshoot WordPress errors, plugin and theme issues.
Add and publish new blog posts, videos, and content updates.
Build and manage landing pages within GoHighLevel for online courses.
Upload and organize course modules into GoHighLevel.
Set up and maintain GoHighLevel automations and workflows.
Provide backend technical support to keep systems running smoothly.
Coordinate on upcoming website changes and course launches.
