Eggs Unlimited seeks a Website Manager & Digital Marketing Specialist to maintain WordPress sites, optimize content, and boost online visibility. You will collaborate with Marketing and Sales, implement SEO strategies, and support campaigns using AI tools while upholding brand consistency.

The role requires hands-on WordPress experience, HTML/CSS knowledge, analytics familiarity, and Pacific Time availability in a remote setup. Strong project management and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on WordPress experience managing live websites.
• Experience managing multiple websites or brands is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS and basic web troubleshooting.
• Experience with WordPress page builders, plugins, forms, menus, media, and content.
• Practical understanding of SEO and on-page optimization.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage website and digital projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain multiple company WordPress websites, including pages, blogs, landing pages, forms, images, plugins, and other website functionality.
• Make basic HTML/CSS edits, troubleshoot website issues, and coordinate with developers or vendors when needed.
• Test website updates and ensure content, links, forms, and layouts function properly across desktop and mobile.
• Implement on-page and technical SEO improvements, including keyword research, metadata, headings, URLs, image optimization, and internal linking.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and similar tools, and identify opportunities to improve traffic and engagement.
• Support landing pages, email campaigns, digital content, and other online marketing initiatives.
• Manage marketing inboxes, calendars, project trackers, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Support Salesloft, CRM, newsletters, lead management, social media, events, and vendor coordination.
• Create and edit presentations, Canva graphics, reports, and other marketing materials.
• Use ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI tools for research, content, SEO, and productivity.
• Review, fact-check, edit, and improve all AI-generated content before publication or use.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date websites, marketing files, project information, and digital assets.

Monday through Friday during Pacific Time business hours. Occasional additional or weekend hours may be required depending on business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

Website Management & Development
