Job Description

The Web Engineer will be responsible for coordinating and driving development projects related to the web platform, ensuring that website functionality and system architecture effectively support the company’s products and business needs. The role works closely with the product team, engineering team, and other departments to translate business requirements into executable technical solutions and focus on web project planning, requirement management, and cross-team collaboration while ensuring development progress and quality meet expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and managing development projects related to the web platform
• Collaborate with the product team to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications and development tasks
• Coordinate with front-end, back-end, and UX/design teams, review wireframes and prototypes, and provide feedback on feasibility and user experience
• Evaluate web interfaces from a UI/UX perspective, identifying usability issues and proposing improvements
• Track project progress and milestones to ensure timely delivery
• Assist in evaluating technical solutions and system architecture to support platform scalability
• Identify project risks and provide improvement suggestions
• Maintain project documentation, requirement documents, and technical records
• Continuously optimize web development workflows and team collaboration processes to improve efficiency and quality

Technical Skills

• Understanding of web application architecture and development processes
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
