Job summary

HRTX in the Philippines is seeking an experienced web developer to build and maintain applications using Core Java and ReactJS/NodeJS. You will work with UI/UX designers and backend teams to deliver polished, scalable interfaces.

You will analyze requirements, design and code, test, and deploy to test and production environments while supporting production systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in web development.
• Proficient in Core Java and/or ReactJS, NodeJS.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Git, and Agile methods.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices.
• Experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and Docker/Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web apps with Core Java and/or ReactJS.
• Collaborate with UI/UX and backend teams to integrate UI.
• Analyze requirements, design, code, test, deploy to environments.
• Debug issues across the stack and ensure QA quality.
• Document artifacts and keep them up to date.
• Contribute inputs for project planning and management.
• Make sound decisions under pressure and shifting schedules.
• Work independently on new assignments.
