Job summary

HRTX in the Philippines is seeking a Full Stack Java Software Engineer to design and implement scalable backend services with Java Spring Boot and microservices, and develop responsive frontend in Angular.

You will work across environments (Agile, Waterfall), optimize queries, integrate with databases (SQL, NoSQL), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of software development or software architect role.
• Expertise in Java Spring Boot, Micro Services and API experience.
• Angular for frontend and Java Spring Boot for backend.
• Platform: AWS (1 year).
• Repository: GIT (4–5 years).
• Strong experience with databases (SQL/MySQL and NoSQL).
• Strong proficiency with SQL and MySQL optimization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Write and review specifications for moderately complex components.
• Collaborate with team to translate requirements into designs.
• Work across Agile or Waterfall environments with stakeholders.
• Resolve technical issues as necessary.
• Keep abreast of new technology developments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
