Job summary

Rephil Station Inc. is seeking a Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain web-based applications, reporting systems, and internal portals.

You will ensure system availability, security, usability, and performance while providing timely technical support and resolving issues. The role involves developing and enhancing web-based applications, creating dashboards and modules, troubleshooting bugs, and coordinating with departments to meet system requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, SE or related field.
2–3 years in web development and system implementation.
Knowledge of web development languages, frameworks, and DB management.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, maintain web-based applications and reporting systems.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and system modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, system errors, and user concerns.
Monitor system performance, uptime, accessibility, and security.
Manage and monitor ticketing systems and ensure timely issue resolution.
Implement approved system enhancements and new features.
Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and security.
Coordinate with departments and users regarding system requirements and concerns.
Conduct system testing, maintenance, updates, and documentation.
Provide technical support and coordinate with external IT providers when necessary.
