Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing web applications using PHP, MySQL, and Laravel.

• Design, develop, test, and implement new web-based applications and system features based on company requirements.

• Manage and maintain MySQL databases, including routine backups, data integrity checks, and basic data recovery.

• Perform application testing, debugging, performance monitoring, and implementation of basic security measures.

• Identify and resolve software issues, system errors, and application performance concerns.

• Support API integrations, web hosting, server configurations, and application deployment.

• Assist in optimizing existing applications to improve functionality, usability, and overall system performance.

• Monitor system functionality and ensure that applications remain operational and accessible.

• Maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, application updates, troubleshooting procedures, and user guides.

• Coordinate with the IT department and other relevant teams to identify system requirements and recommend improvements.

• Provide technical assistance and support to end users regarding application-related concerns.
