Job summary

Nestlé Business Services AOA, Inc. in Meycauayan, Bulacan, Philippines is seeking a Website Content Editor / Project Manager to lead key optimization projects, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and drive content improvements across Nestlé's global sites.

You will manage CMS updates (Drupal 7/8), collaborate with marketing and design, mentor editors, and ensure SEO and analytics best practices are applied while maintaining high quality and timely publication.

Qualifications

• University degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
• Excellent English spelling, writing, and editing skills.
• At least 3 years of website project management with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with CMS (Drupal 7/8), SEO, and analytics tools.
• Ability to work with globally distributed colleagues and partners.
• Experience leading a team from a Project Lead perspective (1+ year).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee key projects for the business.

A day in the life of...

• Lead, manage and oversee key critical projects for the business
• Be the strategic business point of contact, as well as point of escalation for the business
• Project Management: Manage optimization projects/initiatives across all websites in scope
• Manage content enhancement and coordinate features implementation across multiple assigned websites
• Coordinate website template changes from functional specification to implementation testing and acceptance
• Coordinate requests with other Website Optimization services
• Coordinate activities with external agencies and internal IT teams (MSE)
• Monitoring and analysis of KPIs of all team members
• Deliver training on new features, be main point of contact for ensuring team is fully trained
• Develop documentation to enhance and optimize Project management efficiencies
• Install new content and edit existing HTML within CMS platform; ensure content is accurate; ensure timely publication
• Improve/create illustrations in Photoshop in collaboration with marketing and design teams
• Optimize published pieces using SEO guidelines- Maintain the websites once content is live and ensure the information is accurate
• Mentor and support other website content editors (project managers) Be involved in the PDP process and active career development
• Hire, onboard and train new employees- Ensure alignment with other internal teams (tech team, QA team, SEO team)

What will make you successful

• University Degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Technologies or related fields
• Excellent speaking, writing and editing skills in English
• Hands-on experience with Website project management with multiple stakeholders (at least 3 years)
• Ability to work with colleagues and partners located around the world
• Highly proactive, motivated, and innovative thinker, with ability and willingness to share his/her knowledge with peers

• Hands on experience with Content Management Systems (preferably Drupal 7 and 8), SEO and analytic tools (at least 3 years)
• Solid understanding of analytics and content optimization concepts and tools (Google marketing Platform, Google Optimize)
• Solid understanding of SEO concepts and tools (ideally BrightEdge, DeepCrawl…).
• Solid understanding of user experience optimization concepts and tools (SessionCam, Usabilla)
• Familiarity with benchmarking tools (ideally SimilarWeb)
• Good understanding of the digital marketing landscape
• Ability to work with ticketing and workflow tool
• Experience working in a corporate and multi-cultural environment
• At least 1 year experience managing (overseeing) a team from Project Lead perspective
