Job summary

RCBC is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow high net worth client accounts and deepen existing relationships. You will solicit new business, plan client visits, and deliver financial advisory services while ensuring compliance with KYC/AML regulations.

A 4-year business degree and strong sales/relationship skills are essential, with Chinese language ability preferred. You will build a network of clients, coordinate with internal teams, and provide timely market updates to help clients make

Qualifications

Requires a 4-year business-related degree.
Preferably Chinese-speaking.
Experience in banking or wealth management is a plus.

Responsibilities

Solicits new accounts and deepens existing accounts to meet sales/AUM targets and revenue for the bank.
Develops a network of prospective clients and referrals; plans calls/visits.
Conducts regular client calls/visits to identify investment needs and opportunities.
Establishes client investment profiles and anticipates needs to offer relevant products.
Ensures complete, up-to-date client data and regulatory compliance (KYC/AML).
Provides efficient relationship management and financial advisory services to foster client loyalty.
Coordinates with other bank groups and affiliates to service WM clients.
