Job summary

RCBC Wealth Management is seeking a Wealth Acquisition Relationship Manager to expand the bank's client base by onboarding new-to-bank clients into the Wealth Management portfolio. The role blends sales, financial expertise, and relationship-building to attract HNWIs and affluent clients, tailoring wealth solutions.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in wealth management or related role.
Existing wide network of clients in wealth/finance sectors.
Proven track record with high-net-worth or affluent clients.
Ability to provide sound financial and investment guidance.
Preferrably Chinese speaking, but not required.
Sales and marketing orientation is essential.

Responsibilities

Identify and prospect new-to-bank clients with wealth management needs.
Serve as trusted financial advisor to understand objectives and risk tolerance.
Coordinate onboarding with internal teams and educate clients on offerings.
Monitor KPIs, revenue growth, and client engagement; report trends to management.
Collaborate with relationship managers, investment advisors, product specialists, and marketing.
