Job summary

RCBC Wealth Management in Manila seeks a Relationship Manager to solicit new accounts and deepen relationships with high net worth clients. You will plan calls and visits, build a referrals network, and tailor investment offerings to client needs.

You will ensure compliant onboarding with KYC/AML, coordinate with bank teams, and provide financial advisory services while striving to grow assets under management and deliver excellent client service.

Qualifications

• At least a 4 year graduate in any business related degree.
• Preferably Chinese-speaking.
• Experience in growing high net worth client relationships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Solicits new accounts and develops/deepens existing accounts to meet sales targets and AUM.
• Develops a strong network of prospective clients and referrals; plans calls/visits.
• Maintains up‑to‑date client information, ensures KYC/AMLA compliance.
• Provides financial advisory services and coordinates with internal teams to serve clients.
