RCBC in Makati seeks a Wealth Acquisition Relationship Manager to expand the bank's client base by onboarding new-to-bank clients into Wealth Management. You will combine sales acumen with financial expertise to identify and attract HNWIs, assess needs, and offer bespoke wealth solutions.

You will ensure seamless onboarding, educate clients on product features, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate records and ongoing service delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a wealth management or financial sales role.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth or affluent clients.
• Strong understanding of wealth management products and services.

Responsabilités

• Identify and prospect new-to-bank clients with wealth management needs.
• Meet clients to understand objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences; propose tailored solutions.
• Coordinate onboarding with internal teams to ensure smooth client setup and transition.
• Monitor KPIs, revenue, and client satisfaction; provide regular management reports.
• Collaborate with relationship managers, investment advisors, product specialists, and marketing to deliver comprehensive solutions.
