Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Wealth Middle Office Team Lead in the Philippines to lead a specialist team delivering high-quality wealth operations services. You will oversee daily operations, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with risk controls while partnering with advisors, clients, and distribution partners.

You will coach and develop staff, manage SLAs, and foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, and operational excellence in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Wealth Management or related environment.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
• Strong understanding of wealth operations and advisor support processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Wealth Middle Office operations to meet service commitments and quality standards.
• Monitor workflow volumes, queue management, and turnaround times for efficiency.
• Manage team performance against SLAs, quality, productivity, and rework targets.
• Act as primary escalation point for advisors and partners; drive issue resolution.
• Review trends to improve customer experience and operational performance.
• Support capacity planning and workforce management for readiness.
• Provide oversight across account administration, asset movements, and trade support.
• Coach and develop team members; support succession planning and development.
