Job summary

HSBC Philippines is seeking an Assistant Manager, Wealth Operations to oversee sales support, underwriting and policy delivery processes. You will manage MI reporting, client databases and ensure adherence to HSBC standards.

The role requires strong communication, 2–3 years in insurance or banking ops, and proficiency in MS Excel. Collaboration with the Branch Referral and Non-Branch teams is essential for end-to-end service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer focused and service oriented.
• 2 to 3 years' experience in Insurance or bank operations.
• Preferably with knowledge of insurance products and underwriting.
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience in MI reporting or data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to the Branch Referral and Non Branch sales team. Pre-underwrite application forms and other documents; administer insurance documentation (policies, endorsements, cover notes, claims processes, renewal notices, invoicing).
• Handle end-to-end sales channel insurance processes including MI reports and database; ensure data integrity and deliver in-depth MI reports.
• Establish high standards of customer service and meet insurance requirements to drive retention and renewals.
• Maintain work synergy with sales and internal customers to ensure smooth data exchanges.
• Create initiatives for development, management, control and monitoring of INPH Sales support; ensure compliance with workflows and HSBC standards.
• Attend and complete training workshops, product knowledge and skill development programs.
