ConnectOS, a leading American financial services firm in Metro Manila, seeks a quantitative analyst to support due diligence, data management, and market research. You will manage the manager database, prepare benchmarking analyses, and develop presentations for internal and external use.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, cross-team collaboration, and independent work. CFA preferred; strong Excel, Bloomberg, and financial market knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, mathematics or a quantitative science.
• CFA preferred.
• 2 years' experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of financial markets and investments.
• Proficient in Excel (including macros and pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
• Strong math skills.
• Strong computing skills: Bloomberg, Morningstar Direct, PitchBook, Burgiss, others.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentations.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage information within our manager database.
• Provide support for due diligence through manager analysis and benchmarking.
• Develop materials and presentations for internal and external use.
• Manager data & information management: Dasseti software oversight; add manager updates and notes.
• Data room management for potential new managers.
• Assist with due diligence: track record, portfolio company analysis, benchmarking.
• Prepare due diligence memo and market analyses; support manager and reference calls.
• Assist with reporting: internal and external market updates and quarterly/weekly reports.
• Collaborate with other teams across the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.
