Job summary

Risewave Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Wealth Management Operations Analyst for a 100% onsite role in the Philippines. The position requires 3–5 years in wealth management or related financial services, with strong QC and SME experience.

The analyst will support Wealth clients and advisors, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements. The role emphasizes coaching teammates, data-driven problem solving, and efficient, accurate handling of complex client transactions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management or related financial services.
• Quality Control (QC) experience is required.
• Supervisory, coaching, or people-development experience is required.
• Has a strong Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience.
• Quality Assurance (QA) experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of banking and wealth management products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive, complex, and time-critical client transactions.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary service and problem-resolution support to Wealth clients and advisors through phone and electronic service requests.
• Serve as a SME on banking products, processes, and programs, staying up to date with changes and enhancements.
• Handle complex client concerns and identify appropriate solutions while ensuring compliance with operational policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Wealth advisors and internal business partners.
• Manage complex service issues and day-to-day transactional requirements with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Facilitate and process wire agreements and time-sensitive wire requests for Wealth clients.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop and support projects focused on improving processes, products, services, policies, procedures, and the overall Wealth client experience.
• Provide coaching, training, and floor support to teammates to help improve their knowledge, skills, and performance.
• Accurately document client interactions, transactions, and resolutions using CRM/Salesforce.com.
• Consistently meet quality, productivity, service-level, and behavioral performance standards.
• Work flexible schedules based on business requirements.
