Job summary

AXA Philippines is looking for motivated individuals to join as Financial Coaches (Financial Advisors). You will help clients achieve financial goals through wealth management, insurance, savings, investments, and retirement planning.

Responsibilities include needs analysis, tailored solutions, and educating clients on financial planning, with training and licensing support and hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willing to undergo training and obtain the necessary industry license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial needs analysis and identify clients' financial goals.
• Provide customized financial solutions tailored to clients' needs and objectives.
• Educate clients on financial planning, insurance, investments, and wealth accumulation.
• Help clients protect income, assets, health, and future through AXA's products and services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through reviews and consultations.
• Prospect and expand a network of potential clients through referrals, digital platforms, and personal networking.
• Attend training, coaching sessions, and professional development programs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
