Job summary

AXA Philippines is seeking motivated individuals to join as Financial Coaches (Financial Advisors). You will guide clients in wealth planning, insurance protection, savings, investments, and retirement strategies while building lasting relationships.

You will conduct needs analyses, offer tailored financial solutions, educate on planning and wealth accumulation, and help clients safeguard income and assets. Training and licensing support are provided, with flexible hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Customer-focused mindset and passion for helping others.
• Willing to undergo training and obtain the necessary industry license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial needs analysis and identify clients' financial goals.
• Provide customized financial solutions tailored to clients' needs and objectives.
• Educate clients on the importance of financial planning, insurance, investments, and wealth accumulation.
• Help clients protect their income, assets, health, and future through AXA's financial products and services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular reviews and consultations.
• Prospect and expand a network of potential clients through referrals, digital platforms, and personal networking.
• Attend training, coaching sessions, and professional development programs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
