Job summary

AXA Philippines is seeking motivated individuals to become Financial Coaches (Financial Advisors). This role guides clients toward wealth management, insurance protection, savings, investments, and retirement planning, building lasting relationships through reviews and referrals.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated with strong communication, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid setup. Training and licensing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Customer-focused mindset and passion for helping others.
• Willing to undergo training and obtain the necessary industry license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial needs analysis and identify clients' financial goals.
• Provide customized financial solutions tailored to clients' needs and objectives.
• Educate clients on the importance of financial planning, insurance, investments, and wealth accumulation.
• Help clients protect their income, assets, health, and future through AXA's financial products and services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular reviews and consultations.
• Prospect and expand a network of potential clients through referrals, digital platforms, and personal networking.
• Attend training, coaching sessions, and professional development programs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
