Job summary

SUEZ is seeking a Process Design Engineer to develop high-quality process designs for water, wastewater, desalination, and sludge treatment facilities. The role requires strong technical expertise, coordination across disciplines, and adherence to budgets and standards.

Qualifications

Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related discipline.
Licensed Chemical Engineer preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum 7 years relevant experience.
Proven experience in water treatment, wastewater treatment, desalination and sludge treatment projects.

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality process designs for water, wastewater, desalination and sludge treatment facilities.
Prepare conceptual, basic and detailed process designs during proposal and execution phases.
Create Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs and mass balances.
Perform process calculations and hydraulic analyses to meet performance requirements.
Coordinate with procurement, electrical, mechanical and civil teams for proposal submissions.
Support in CAPEX and OPEX evaluations and tender clarifications.
Review discipline deliverables impacted by process requirements such as equipment lists and control philosophies.
