Job summary

Pedrollo Inc. is seeking a Water Pump Technician in Quezon City to install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain water pumps and related systems.

Direct-hire position with no stay-in arrangement; travel to customer sites required. The ideal candidate has a BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or fresh graduates, with willingness to work in Quezon City and nearby areas; trainable, hardworking, reliable, safety-conscious.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering or BS Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 6 months of experience in plumbing, repair, electrical, mechanical, or facilities maintenance is an advantage.
• Knowledge of water pumps, motors, electrical systems, plumbing, or mechanical equipment is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to work in Quezon City and nearby areas.
• Preferably residing in Quezon City or nearby areas.
• Willing to travel to customer and project sites.
• Must be trainable, hardworking, reliable, and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain water pumps and related equipment.
• Perform basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and facilities maintenance work.
• Diagnose pump and equipment problems and recommend appropriate repairs or corrective actions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections of water pump systems.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of pumps, motors, pipes, control panels, and related components.
• Perform basic electrical testing and troubleshooting of motors, wiring, controls, and other components.
• Check for leaks, unusual noise, vibration, pressure issues, and other equipment concerns.
• Use appropriate tools, testing equipment, and safety procedures when performing technical work.
• Prepare basic service reports and document work performed, findings, and parts or materials used.
• Coordinate with customers, project personnel, and other technicians during service and installation activities.
• Travel to customer sites and project locations as required.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Observe company safety policies and proper work procedures at all times.
• Perform other related technical duties as assigned.

About the Role
