Job summary

Power 4 All, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead construction and engineering projects from planning through turnover, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, review drawings, supervise site activities, and drive risk and quality controls, with a focus on client satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PRC-licensed Engineer preferred.
• At least 5 years of construction/engineering project management experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD/Revit/SketchUp knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction and engineering projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate client, engineering, contracting, and supplier teams.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
• Review plans, drawings, and specifications; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage project risk, change control, and site coordination.
