Job summary

Power 4 All, Inc. is seeking a Project Field Engineer to organize and supervise engineering projects from start to finish in Pasig. The role covers infrastructure renovations, construction, and product development with strong communication and leadership requirements.

The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Willingness to travel for site visits is a plus; on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering; PRC license preferred.
1–3 years of relevant field experience.
Proficient in MS Word, Outlook.
Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.
Knowledge of wastewater or water treatment plant projects.

Responsibilities

Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborating with engineers, designers, and technicians to meet requirements.
Supervising project execution, monitoring progress, and ensuring safety compliance.
Maintaining communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Ensuring project completion on schedule, within budget, and with required quality.
Documenting project plans, designs, and test results.
Identifying opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
