Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of direct selling in water filtration.
• Soft skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and customer service; ability to influence and build trust with industrial stakeholders.
• Mobility: Ready for field work and regional travel; owning a car is a distinct advantage.

• - *Consultative Solutions*: Identify customer pain points and present custom, high-efficiency technical solutions for manufacturing plant water systems
• - *Technical Presentations*: Conduct professional product demonstrations and technical presentations to decision-makers
• - *Field Evaluations*: Perform regular site visits, engineering inspections, and technical evaluations
• - *Commercial Proposals*: Collaborate on engineering cost estimates, quotation sheets, formal proposals, and competitive tender documentation

*Candidate Qualifications*

• - *Education*: Graduate of Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering degree
• - *Experience*: Minimum of two (2) years of direct selling experience specifically in water filtration
• - *Soft Skills*: Outstanding communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Must be confident influencing and building trust with industrial stakeholders
• - *Mobility*: Ready for field work and regional travel. Owning a car is a distinct advantage
