Qualifications

• High school diploma, technical/vocational certificate, or relevant college education.
• Experience in wastewater or water treatment is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to perform basic water-quality testing and interpret operating readings.
• Physically capable of working around treatment tanks, pumps, chemicals, and outdoor/industrial environments.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, or overtime.
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Commitment to workplace safety and environmental compliance.
• Must have own motorcycle.
• Preferably near Quezon City and Cavite area; willing to relocate to any site.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor wastewater treatment equipment including pumps, blowers, aeration systems, clarifiers, filters, dosing systems, and sludge-handling equipment.
• Monitor treatment processes and adjust operating parameters to maintain performance.
• Collect wastewater and treated-water samples and perform routine tests (pH, DO, turbidity, etc.).
• Record equipment readings, chemical usage, laboratory results, flow rates, and other data.
• Inspect tanks, pipelines, pumps, valves, electrical controls, and other equipment.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Monitor chemical storage and dosing systems for safe handling.
• Identify abnormal conditions or equipment failures and report promptly.
• Assist with sludge dewatering, handling, storage, and disposal activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping at the facility.
• Follow company procedures and safety and environmental requirements.
• Maintain logs, checklists, and operational reports.
• Assist with inspections, environmental monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, spills, and other incidents.
• Perform other duties related to wastewater treatment operations.
