Job summary

Shoeciety Inc. is seeking a Warehouseman to oversee receiving, storage, picking, issuance, and stock monitoring. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory, organized warehouse operations, and timely stock movement while following safety procedures.

The successful candidate will support cross-department coordination and ensure proper handling of goods, documentation, and warehouse cleanliness. Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; vocational or college education is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or stockroom experience preferred.
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, footwear, or similar industries is an advantage.
• Capable of performing warehouse-related activities.
• Basic knowledge of inventory procedures and documentation.
• Basic computer skills; inventory system experience is a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays when operationally required and properly authorized.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and properly document incoming stocks, materials, and finished goods.
• Organize and store items according to the designated warehouse system.
• Pick and prepare orders/requests, ensuring the correct item, size, color, quantity, and SKU.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Report shortages, damages, missing items, and inventory discrepancies.
• Assist with loading, unloading, stock transfers, and other warehouse activities.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and safety.
• Ensure proper handling and security of company inventory.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Purchasing, Production, Sales, Finance, and other departments as needed.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or Management.
