Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or higher
• Experience in warehouse operations is an advantage
• Ability to lift heavy packages and perform loading/unloading
• Detail-oriented with good instruction-following
• Willing to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• With a valid NBI clearance
• Willing to be assigned in Santol, Balagtas, Bulacan

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or dispatch
• Arrange and store products properly to maximize space and quality
• Assist in inventory counting and stock monitoring
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the warehouse
• Report discrepancies and damaged items promptly
• Operate warehouse equipment safely per procedures
• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to support daily operations
• Assist in receiving and releasing lighting fixtures and other electrical products
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring proper storage of products, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized. The role requires physical stamina, teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety while supporting the company's logistics and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Load and unload products, including heavy packages and container shipments, safely and efficiently

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or dispatch

• Arrange and store products properly to maximize warehouse space and maintain product quality

• Assist in inventory counting, stock monitoring, and reconciliation activities

• Ensure all products are handled with care to prevent damage or loss

• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse at all times

• Assist in identifying damaged, defective, or missing items and report discrepancies immediately

• Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely in accordance with company procedures

• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and other departments to support daily operational requirements

• Assist in the receiving and releasing of lighting fixtures and other electrical products

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support warehouse operations

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Level

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory handling is an advantage

• Knowledge or experience in electrical products, particularly lighting fixtures, is preferred

• Capable of lifting heavy packages and performing loading and unloading activities

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions accurately

• Willing to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Must have complete mandatory government benefits requirements

• With a valid NBI Clearance

• Willing to be assigned in Santol, Balagtas, Bulacan
